I purchased two WDEX4 Units around 5 years ago, but can’t remember the original password. I’ve tried several passwords to no avail, but no luck. It says I have one more try before I get locked out. I can’t afford to lose any data and other content the unit holds. Also my second WDEX4 has a solid red power switch lit up. Any suggestions?
