Every time I create a folder called CD or TV on my WD Elements External USB Hard Drive connected to WDTV Live over a wireless network a dialog box will come up saying “The item could not be renamed. There is no “untitled folder” in this folder. Perhaps it was just moved or deleted?” When I refresh though the folder will be there but in lowercase letters (cd or tv). It would probably do this with other names but these are the only two I’ve run into trouble with so far. Why is it doing this and how do I prevent it? I am doing this on a Linux (Ubuntu) computer.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
