Folder lock on Network Share?

Just wondering if this is possible? I seem to only be able to lock folders on the internal storage?

I don’t think you can.

I suppose the obvious answer is to not share it ? I think the folder lock was brought in to stop access to what is on the internal as its always there. But external to that must be a case of share or not share ?

Yeah, good point. Although the folders I want to block are on a NAS and I want to be able to see them on my computer but not the media player. Perhaps I need to look at it from the NAS end rather than the media player end!
