Folder Jpegs won't show up throu NETWORK SHARE?

I finally got my WD TV LIVE HUB to connect to my pc via Network Share, and none of my folder jpegs are showing up? Any clue?

i think, the folder pictures need to be folder.png not jpg

No, PNG and JPG are both supported.  (In fact, JPG is better suited because PNG imposes some size restrictions that don’t exist for JPG.)

I am talking about through the network. When i connect the external drive directly to the hub, the pictures do show up. When the folder is viewed through the network share, they are not.
