Hello
I was using the web interface (https://files.mycloud.com) to rename a folder and something went wrong (the screen just froze) so I reloaded the page. Now my folder isn’t here anymore. What can I do?
What computer and operating system are you using? If in Windows have you done a search of My Cloud for the new name you gave the folder?
