Firmware upgrade failure

I did a manual firmware upgrade, it stopped at 58%, that was 12 hours ago for a 30 minute process. Now, WD discovery SW does not find, and WB Anywhere backup does not see it. How do I recover and recover my DATA???

I did nothing. The disk is responding, its very slooooooooowwwwwww. After two hours of total wait, I’m to the admin screens and trying an orderly shutdown. From here, I’ll reboot all and she how she’s comes up.
