Can anybody tell me when a firmware update for my G-Raid Thunderbolt 3 16tb drive will be available? At present, the firmware updates are not compatible for Big Sur OSX 11.3.1. The effect is that when opening the drive on this osx, the desktop folders disappear! Help, much appreciate. Many thanks. Graeme Benson
