Hi I am trying to install the firmware program & windows keeps giving me this error (0xc0000022) after clicking on the file

My Book 3.0 SW6316 Firmware Updater v1.010 (1.0.7.9)b

My book usb 3.0 2tb

Any ideas, I am updating the firmware because the USB 3.0 fails to recognise ofton, so hoping this will fix the problem.

Any help appreciated.

Disabling antivirus sorted it doh.

Although these drives dont seem to have any update, so cant see anyway of sorting the original issue, the usb 3.0 not connecting after BSOD. Thought a firmware update might help.
