Following WDC directions to update the FW on this new drive but after seeing the drive it continuously says the device is being used.
No other drives are attached and I have tried stopping any and all WD related services (& Smartware) in the task manager but no good.
I am having some issues with this drive which the tech said the firmware update will correct. Any help would be appreciated.
