hi all new to this mycloud stuff, but quick question i have some files ive transfered from my laptop to mycloud by cut and paste no other copies. if I do the current firmware update will i lose the already stored files on there ??? thanks in adavance

Nope. I did not lose my 1TB data. I did not even have to reconnect or do anything. It updated, rebooted and back to normal. Others said they had to reconnect or having problems reconnecting…
