doesn’t seem to be able to register the .mkv files I have on my external drive as videos and won’t list them.
Are mkv files not supported ? If so what would be the best way to tackle this?

What happens when you double click on the mkv files? I would also like to know if this is on the latest version of the app.
It is the latest version of the link I posted as I have tried reinstalling the app several times, the files are on my passport external drive and I can run them using vlc etc but the WD app can’t find them so I can’t clock them via the app
Any solution to this ? :cry:
