Excuse me if I’m asking in the wrong place… I have a Ultra EX2 that I’ve stored all my movies and tv shows on. Accessing and playing them on a laptop, phones, tablets, and television (via external android box). For a long time everything was working great and life was good. A long time ago something unknown changed and I can’t see anything when I try to connect on the android box. I reinstalled the My Cloud app and logged in. I can see all the folders and sub-folders, but not the video files. I can still see and access everything with the laptop, phones and tablets… although only the laptop will play the videos with VLC.
Hoping there’s an easy fix for the non-viewable files. I’m a computer dum-dum.
