When I access My Cloud Home I am able to login no problem but my files don’t load or show up. Android app is fine, shows files. I am also able to access the files locally on my PC. Everything looks fine except on mycloud.com. Tried rebooting. The wheel on the page that suggests it is loading something just spins and spins…
The above sounds like something is blocking such as Internet Protection software, network name resolution issues or something like that. Have you tried:
- MyCloud.com from a different computer on a different network?
- MyCloud.com in your mobile device browser on the local wifi network and with wifi disabled which forces the carrier network?
I tried it in a different browser and it worked! Not sure why Firefox won’t let me load properly, it worked fine yesterday. THanks for the help.
