Files Not Showing after Backup

Hello,

I am fairly new to using the external hard drive. I recently completed a backup after months on not having backed up.  I ran the WD Smartware and backed up all files on both my C and D drives.  Mostly music and photos.  After completing the backup, I went to verfy that the files were on the drive, but I cannot find them.  It only shows the files from my first back up.  I cannot find any of the 30 GB worth of files that it supposedly just backed up.  Can anyone help?

All files should be on the smartware.swstor folder with the exact same layout as your computer. The files will be stock-piled together with only the new files added o.o
