Files inside subfolders are not uploaded

Hi! We’re new to using this MyCloud EX3 Device and was asked to do a backup on our existing computers. I have successfully created individual accounts for our employees.

Upon checking the files, we noticed that the files inside several subfolders are not really uploaded in the cloud. “There’s nothing here yet” at the end of the folders.

Please help! Thanks!
