Files copies as 0 bytes files

Hi there

I’m using a My Cloud WD device with a Mac book Big Sur OS. When I copy any file from my Mac to My Cloud it appears as a 0 bytes file and if I try to open it the Mac system can’t open it.
Any solution for this issue?
