File indexation not working

Hello Community,

For a 2 weeks, I can not see the distribution of files in the nas. look at the 2 attached images
before :

and now :

this problem is disturbing because I can not see the photos in the photos section so you have to download each photo I want to watch.
do you have solutions to start indexing files so that the nas recognizes the type of files?

Is cloud access enabled in your dashboard under Settings/General?
The media content breakdown is based off the WD content database. Rebuild it if you are seeing issue.

Thank you for your response, the rebuild didn’t works too. I contacted the support they did not understand too where the problem comes from. I did a system reset to fix this.
