My backup consistently does not backup a file named FlashPlayer_updater(1).exe and flashplayer_updater(2).exe.
Is the rest of my backup ok or because of those two files did my entire backup fail?
I cannot locate those two files to delete them from being backed up

The WD backup app
There are several different Apps we’ve put on our products over the year. Is the one you are using called “WD Backup” ?- this is different than “WD Smartware” and “WD Anywhere Backup” which were included in older products.
Regarding your question, assuming this is WD Backup I suspect you are OK, but I’d recommend contacting support (knowing what software you are using is vital to the call) to be sure. I’ve included links below:
