File backup onto EX2 Ultra - WD Backup or Smartware

Hi,

I’d like to backup the files from several PCs onto a EX2 Ultra. Which software should I use - WD Smartware, WD backup, or possibly the Windows file backup solution?

Any drawbacks to either?

I thought I saw mention that you can’t save .exe files using WD Smartware. Is that true?

I was looking for online manuals for WD Smartware and WD Backup but couldn’t find any. Does anyone have links to those?

WD Backup is not compatible with the drive, you can use WD Smartware.
