I am using WD cloud for my small office. yesterday i was trying to see my files, but i cant see my some files are disappring from folders. please help me regarding in this issues.
can you describe your problem more accurately. it look like a user error.
which os are you using ?
have you syncîng folder and delete or move file in the primary folder
did you set up file folder option in the file manger (hidden file, hiding extension).
