Fan Not Working Error. Fan is physically working

I bought a brand new My Cloud Ex2 Ultra NAS for use at home. It works fine and the fan is usually on with no issue and when I check system health it shows a working fan and it is physically working.

However, I keep getting fan not working errors in the system Dash Board. Is this a software Issue? They seem to come at around the same time each day around sun set. Is it some thing I should be worried about?

Hi Chathura

I have the same issue and it started after a firmware update, do not remember when.
When I realized the fan was working fine, I decided to ignore the warnings.
They will probably fix this in a future firmware update.

Maybe, maybe not. I’d return it for a replacement if its under warranty.
