Fan Not Working Code:29

I know that the “Fan Not Working” topic has been covered. I do have a specific question…
I bought a MyCLoud EX2 Ultra about 2 months ago. Since than I have gotten the message below three times:
The system fan is not working.
Visit the Help Center for support.

The devise is running fine and the temperatures are “normal.” Actually when I got that message, the system had finished indexing that morning and the had stopped running by the afternoon. I am aware of when the fan running because I have been closely monitoring the fan status.
How common is this issue where the message appears but the fan status is ok.
