My fans continually run, cases are not hot .
That also keeps me from access the drives.
I have been using these drives for 3 yrs with no problems until this happened 2 days ago.
I have tried to reboot by unplugging the power cord. When I plug it back in just the fans come on. No blue indicator lite.

Are you sure you own a My Cloud Home? A My Cloud Home does not have a blue LED.

My mistake it’s a my cloud home Duo 8 Terabyte Duo.
There is a led blue light between the 2 sections on the face of the unite
