Failing My Cloud!

Hi all,

Need some help. My drive (My Cloud) is stuck on the yellow / amber light on the front panel. Loading OS = Solid Amber. I cannot access it, neither my mac or my PC can access it. I cannot reset it. None of the apps work. The drive sounds like its working fine though. Would really like to get my data off it as I think the drive has had it. Its still under warranty.

Any advice appreciated.



Hello, did this happen after a firmware update? Have you tried pressing the reset button in the back of the drive?

Hi, thanks for getting by back to me. No, just happened randomly. Yea, have tried resetting it. No luck just won’t respond.

Hi, it seems that the drive have failed unfortunately, I would recommend you to contact support and see if they have more information that might help.
