Extract data from VHD image file on MyCloudEx2Ultra

Hi there,
I need some help in a Windows7 via MyCloudEX2Ultra and it’s about extracting some files (to be readable/editable) from a VHD image backup file made on MyCloudEx2Ultra. I wonder if there is a way to do this. I have my notebook on the same location/wifi network as MyCloud.
If you know a solution to mount that image on MyCloud and extract there the file will be great.
All I had tried was to mount an virtual disk on my Win7 notebook where I tried to copy and paste to MyCloud but unsuccessfully. I will be very great-full if you know a way to this task and I thank you anyway for the trying.

You should have a look at the link given below.

After mapping the drive try to transfer the data to My Cloud and if you still face the same issue then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
