I got a situation here, actually it’s my friends problem, i was just trying to help her. She bought an Acer One Laptop in the USA, the laptop has an expiry date of march 2013, the HDD (WD product) got busted, when i replace it with another HDD it worked, so the question is Where should i address this kind of problem to ACER or WD? I need your expert opinion on this matter and we’re are running out of time before it reaches the expiration date. please help …
The drive is OEM therefore the Warranty will be provided by the computer manufacturer.
