Expand the storage on my DISH HOPPER 3

I have a WD “My Passport” 2TB.

I’m attempting to use to expand the storage on my DISH HOPPER 3.

The hopper does not even notice that it is plugged in and Dish was no help.

Any thoughts will be appreciaded.

The My Passport drive is a plug-and-play device.

We would like to inform you that drive is tested with Windows and macOS only.

I suggest you to check the compatibility of the drive with Hopper (DVR).

Also, Test the drive health status through WD Drive Utilities.
