EX4100 Username starting with a number

Hi WD,
I just got a new EX4100 and when I go to add a new user I get an error saying that the first character must be a letter.
The issue is at work our usernames are numeric only, and I am trying to create matching credentials on the EX4100 so the credentials are passed through when accessing the device rather than prompting for login.

On the EX4 it accepts full numeric usernames where the EX4100 doesnt
Is there away to change the requirements to accept numeric only.

You may have better luck in the dedicated EX Series subforum where people more knowledgeable with that unit may be able to assist. Or you can search through that subforum, using the magnifying glass icon upper right, to see if there are past discussions on your issue. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay/single drive My Cloud models.
