EX4100 says drive 2 failed but dashboard & quick test say drive is good

New here, apologies if this is in the wrong place or if it is answered somewhere, I’ve had a hard time finding anything relevant while searching.

I have an EX4100, the LED for drive 2 is red and there is an alert on the dashboard saying that drive 2 failed. However on the dashboard “Disk Status” says drive 2 is good and when I ran a quick test it said there weren’t any problems.

So I’m not sure how to proceed. Do I replace the drive? Or is there something funky going wrong with the software that is showing an error where there isn’t one?

I am running os5 if that matters.
