EX4100 Fan not working right after Firmware update last night

EX4100 updated firmware to 5.11.112 last night
1 min later Fan Alert - fan is not working.
Anyone else have this problem or solution?

The Drive temps seem to be holding at 60C
I assume that is correct range.
Running a system diagnostic to check overall - but it is taking its time.

Still at 60c - still says normal - after 4 hours
Waiting on full diagnostic to finish.
