EX4 Toooooo Slow

Hi,

I’m facing some troubles with one EX4.

Yesterday, the access to the files became too slow and i can’t access to it by the web management page. It never reach the login screen.
Accessing the files is also too slow.
I’ve performed a shutdown through SSH but it stays the same.

Top shows me that the use of cpu and memory is normal, i guess!

How can I do a checkdisk?
What else can i verify?

Ok, i’m seeing that the FW 2.11.164 might be the problem.
Is there a way to downgrade de FW?

I have 52 ºC.
