I had drive 1 fail on ex4 16tb. I am getting a warranty replacement this week of a complete set of drives and ex4 enclosure. Looking for instructions of how to hook up the old ex4 16tb unit (RAID 5) to new ex4 16tb unit and backup/transfer the data. Thank you.

The easiest way is to connect both drives to the router and manually copy and paste the files. Also you can use the option for remote backup that will allow you to copy the information on the original drive to the replacement one.
