EX4 taking a long time to shutdown

Hi,

I am trying to shutdown an EX4 and it has been taking a few hours already for it to shutdown. The disks do make sound as if they are going through something.

I cannot login to the admin console, I just see on the small screen “system is shutting down”. I haven’t been able to go to admin console even before that, which is why I tried to shutdown the NAS through the power button.

Any ideas what to do? Should I just take out the plug, even though the disks are making noise?
