Having a few problems using Acronis Trueimage 2016 with my WDMYCLOUDEX2100 in that if I boot from a USB stick as soon as I select the required folder on the NAS, whether to backup or restore, Acronis crashes out
I am using the same USB stick I have for quite a few months so wondering whether it is due to the recent firmware update in November?
I would like to downgrade the firmware to the previous build to prove it but cannot find it anywhere
