EX2 Ultra does not turn off when UPS battery is low

UPS: CyberPower BR700ELCD/BR1000ELCD

The lead EX2 Ultra sees the UPS battery level without problems, but at a low level (already less than 2%) does not want to start the procedure of its own shutdown, as well as the slave EX2 Ultra/EX4/EX4100. As a result, the battery is discharged to 0, the UPS turns off, and the entire NAS chain naturally turns off abnormally due to lack of power.

At what battery level should the NAS be turned off, or is it not controlled at all in the current firmware?
