Hi, I have a new Ex2 Ultra with I have connected via Ethernet to my iMac, everything is working well, time machine backups are fine but I can’t seem to get internet connectivity for the Ex2. I don’t want to connect the Ex2 to my router as it’s in another room, is there a solution?

I have a question. When you plugged in the Ethernet cable iMac to Ex2. Did the HD just pop up on the iMacs screen. Like a typical HD does ? Thank you
