EX2 Interface goes dark/freezes

Hi all,

I’ve just registered and have begun setup on my 6TB EX2 and all was smooth until I tried to change a setting on the interface. I can access every area of the interface, but when I try to for example change the raid status or update my password or literally do anything to the EX2, the interface goes dark and I can’t click on anything. It is driving me nuts. Can anyone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Try to access the dashboard from a different browser to see if the same thing happens. You can also try to reset the unit if you get the same issue on a different browser.
