I’m getting a disk error on my EX2 Ultra. I can’t be more specific as the Ultra doesn’t tell me which volume or share. I have 2 drives, both as JBOD.
I need to pull the data off so that I can replace the drive. Remote backup isn’t an option.
I want to connect to the root of the volume pull the data off and spread it across several drives on other systems. However, the Ultra won’t give me access to the root of the volume.
I’d like to use ftp, but I can’t connect to the Ultra.
