EX 2 RAID1 is degraded, but both disks show healty

Hi! Had a power outage today with one phase flickering constantly. When power was reestablished, my EX2 had a red led is saying that the RAID1 is degraded. I have auto-rebuild turned on, and both disks show as healthy.

How do I recover from this?

Just as an update, I’ve ran full tests and both disks came out fine. Still my RAID shows degraded.

Does a reboot not initiate a rebuild?

I have reloaded it a couple of times, still auto-rebuild does not trigger. I have switched auto-rebuild off, reloaded, switched on again, nothing. What puzzles me is that even after full tests, there’s no indication that a disk may be at fault. Next step is running scan disk on the volume.

Scandisk came out fine, RAID still degraded.

On the notifications I see that disk on bay #1 is the one that was declared faulty, but still it is coming out as good from the tests. What if I turn off, pop it out, turn on, pop it back in? Maybe that will trigger auto-rebuild?

My guess is that auto rebuild will only launch when it sees the that the drive is changed.

Since you didn’t replace the drive, you’ll need to start a manual rebuild.

Manual rebuild option does not show…

It gets worse… I just noticed that both drives were deemed failed. Yet, they are both passing tests and data is accessible.
