Hi Community,
My Passport Essential only backs up some of the individual files selected from my desktop hard drive. I’m at a loss why this is happening. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Disregard my question pertaining to backup problems with my Passport Essential external HD. I thought the drive was sporadically backing up files. However, the drive was extremely slow with the backup. When I checked the external drive on Thursday morning, all the files had been copied to it. I’ll be more patient next time.
