Error When Attempting to Setup Cloud Access

In short, when I go Cloud Access > select the user > Sign up for Mycloud.com account and go through the whole process, it gives off an Error: Undefined. That’s pretty much it, Nothing else comes of it. As a result, I can’t get the cloud fully setup, even though the Cloud connection status is fully ready.
