Hello, I have a WD 4100 NAS drive with a 2 TB scsi drive, which lost its format and showed me the mounted drive in RAW format. Since I couldn’t access my files, I unmounted the server drive and remounted it with another access letter but the information was missing. I did a recovery with Wondershare software, it recovered everything but the files are unreadable (cannot be read). What could he do? The scsi drive is present on the NAS, I have not removed it, but I cannot see the stored information from the server where the scsi drive is mounted. Thank you so much!
Hola, tengo un disco NAS WD 4100 con disco scsi de 2 TB, el cual perdió su formato y me mostró el disco montado en formato RAW.
Como no podía acceder a mis archivos, desmonté la unidad del servidor y la volví a montar con otra letra de acceso, pero faltaba la información.
Hice una recuperación con el software Wondershare, recuperó todo pero los archivos pero son ilegibles (no se pueden leer).
Que puedo hacer? La unidad scsi está presente en el NAS, no la he quitado, pero no puedo ver la información almacenada en el servidor donde está montada la unidad scsi.
