Error message 0x80070002

Any info that can be offered on the following would be greatly appreciated.

I just did my first backup with a new Passport Ultra 1 Tb external HD.  OS is Windows 7 64 bit.  Used the Windows Backup and Restore feature in the OS.  I did not load the WD software on the HD (only the SES update).  The backup and system image were completed with the following skipped files:

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\Contacts. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\Searches. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))

Why were these skipped?

What are these files?  Are they significant?

If I ever need to restore my files, will these skipped files inhibit or prevent it?

Can I do something to capture these in my next backup?

Thanks for any advice that may be offered.
