Error creating RMA

Hi,

While trying to create an RMA request for one of my devices, I’m getting this error:  

“Your account has been set up as a WD Reseller. If you would like to create an RMA online as a reseller, please go to the Reseller Home Page”

 I am an end user, not a reseller.

Could you help me in resolving this problem?
