Error Code 0x8007003B when transfering to the NAS but can transfer from the NAS with no issues

I keep getting the following message when trying to move a file to my EX4100. I can transfer files from my ex4100 to another device but can’t transfer anything to the device. I recently extended my raid 5 and before the extension everything worked fine. I have everything backed up, and i’m wondering if just formatting the drives and starting from scratch will work. I just don’t want to do it and then not be able to add anything back. I can also record home videos from a webcam and set the download location to the NAS with no issues. I have gone online of course and tried some of the fixes, but most seem to be set up for apps. Any Help would be appreciated.
