Hi,

I am using WD element 1TB and it works fine.

however it won’t allow me to transfer some of my movie file to it.

Those are around 5gb-8gb .mov files.

And this pop up:

sorry, the operation could not be completed because of unexpected error occured. (Error code 0)

any help?

Which OS you are running? 

10.4. x, 10.5.x or 10.6.x

i have that same problem except im using a 500 gb my passport essential. when i try to move 5-8 gb .mkv files.

im on mac osx v10.5.8
