I was dissapointed that the Duo was not configured as Raid 1 by default. When I accessed the option to convert to Raid 1 it went through the motions and then popped up Error 31830 stating that the conversion was unsuccessful. After a number of retries/restarts I gave up. I have the latest firmware for my device installed. I purchased the Duo for this capability, which now seems like an expensive mistake :mansad: if this can’t be rectified.
You can copy all of the files in the MBLD and then do a factory restore then change the RAID type.
