In the User Manual on my 1TB Passport Ultra, which is about 4 years old, it tells me in the manual to look for Base answer ID 6743 on support.wdc.com which I tried to search for but cannot find… just so that I can restore the WD software and disk image… any ideas? I am using Windows 7 Pro…

My Passport p/n WDBBEP0010BBK-01 on the back of the drive - I think it is a My Passport Ultra…
I don’t think it is … googling the p/n it’s a “My Passport” (not Ultra … Which will be labeled on the front as well)
