Enable to access URL of My cloud into web browser

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

Hi Team,

I am not able to access URL of My cloud into web browser. before one week this working find.

I do bellow step…
1:- Internet connectivity is proper
2:- i able to ping IP of My cloud device.
3:- blue light is stable
4:- i try to after restart.

Hi, have you tried using the IP? Have you tried resetting the drive?

Yes i try http://mycloud.local/ and IP .

but not able to access.
