I recent purchased myCloud to make it easier to store and email pictures. My first attempt to email picture from the cloud I am receiving an error message when downloading from the link it send to you. The error message so 404 Not Found. Does anyone have experience with emailing pics that could assist me. Thanks
Hi JCAS0820, from where are you emailing the picture links, are you using the My Cloud desktop app or the smartphone My Cloud app? Have you also tried to disable any antivirus or firewall that might be blocking address?
